can't enter to the game

hello ,i started to open the luncher today , but after the game tried to update automaticly , after the bar of updating appear with 0% , i got a green screen witha ms Download failed(5)-sdXwe4vmvdeHga$ , i tried to reinstal the game , i did and i updated it manualy until the last update , but the same msg appear again Download failed(5)-sdXwe4vmvdeHga$ , pls help me
